FITCH - US Banks Home Equity Exposure = Potential Heavy Losses
This research from Fitch is top rate and scary. It was not readily circulated for obvious reasons...it shows how bad off the banks are. It highlights the top 25 US Banks and thier exposure to Home Equity Loans as a percentage of gross loans, assets and bank equity. This is about as ugly as it gets.
